Energy Medicine works in the invisible world where stress lives, emotions are felt and conflicts reside. That invisible pressure that can create hardship and anxiety for us. Just like we need to clean our teeth and clean our house, we also need to clean up our energy fields (thoughts, stresses and emotions). Daily life, traumatic events and stress all congest our energy and clutter our minds. A healing session will flush out this congestion, tune into any life lessons you are working through and set you up to have a better experience in this human existence.

​30-45 min Relaxation Distance Reiki Energy Session

This is a distance Reiki session without interview. We set the date & time to start, and Reiki will be sent to the recipients. Best experienced while at rest. Once booking is complete, please contact for time & day preference.

Reiki is an energy work known to deepen relaxation with the intention to relieve anxiety, depression, and emotional stress/tension to promote self-healing.

This session is intended for a deeper connection within.​

I do not diagnose conditions, nor do I prescribe substances or perform medical treatment, nor interfere with the treatment of a licensed medical professional.  It is recommended that you see a licensed physician, or licensed health care professional for any physical or psychological ailment you may have.

 

Also understand and believe that the body has the ability to heal itself, and to do so complete relaxation is often beneficial.  Long term imbalances in the body sometimes require multiple sessions to allow the body to reach the level of healing necessary to bring the system back into balance.  Understand and believe that self-improvement requires commitment on your part, and that you must be willing to change in a positive way if you are to receive the full benefit of Energy healing for you and/or your animal.
